Dear friends of Talpa School,
I am excited to share that Our Lady of Talpa School’s 3rd annual Color Run Campaign is officially underway!
Talpa’s mission is to provide a transformative Catholic education to the students entrusted to our care. The Color Run Campaign presents us with an opportunity to fund much-needed improvements to our school campus and curriculum. Our goal this year is to raise $20,000 with all the proceeds being put towards projects including: the purchase of Apple TVs, which will allow teachers to project lesson slides and content efficiently, repairs to the STEMLab, and filament for our brand-new Makerbot 3D printers. These upgrades will assist teachers in refining their instruction to support all learners, and provide opportunities for students to explore through hands-on experiences.
On Friday, November 20th our students will celebrate their hard work and showcase school spirit at the Color Run! Beyond being a fun and memorable event, this campaign showcases the generosity of our community of joyful givers.
We invite you to join us – whether you’re a proud Talpa alum, a longtime friend of our school, a community partner, or someone who believes in the power of Catholic education – your support makes a lasting impact on our students and their future.
