Our Lady of Talpa School |

A Community of Faith and Learning

Since 1951, Our Lady of Talpa School has guided the children of Boyle Heights to lead, to serve, and to grow to their full potential as beloved children of God.

Laying the Foundation for Life-long Learning

Our qualified and committed faculty and staff deliver a comprehensive, student-centered academic program to meet each student’s individual needs.

Educating Minds and Hearts

In the spirit of our Vincentian founders – St. Vincent de Paul, St. Louise de Marillac, and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton – we guide our students to be “Young Vincentians” who are grounded in faith and committed to serving others.

Many Parts, One Body

We are committed to partnering with parents and to providing support and resources for all Talpa families so together we may grow and thrive as one Talpa family.

Encouraging Tomorrow’s Leaders

We guide our students to be active community members, and we nurture their growth – in mind, body, and spirit – both in and outside of the classroom.
